Topics include: the difference between visa status and visa stamps, when a new visa stamp is needed, how to obtain a new visa stamp, processing times, recent updates on administrative processing delays, and other considerations in light of the Buy American, Hire American (BAHA) Executive Order. We will also discuss travel to Canada, Mexico and other countries for your US-based foreign national employees.
